QUALITY WORKSHOPS
A series of workshops for VCS organisations and public sector organisations.
Below are links to the current workshop programme. All these workshops are
one day events, although the Which Way Now event is held over two days.
Attendees will receive notes and a selection of briefing papers as part of the
workshop. Attendees are also eligible for the email advice service after
attending a workshop. This service allows attendees to email or telephone to
clarify points arising from the workshops.
NOTE: Having secured investment funding from the Skills
Fund we are able to offer these workshops at just £48 each to qualifying
organisations.

The simple process yet effective to enable VCS organisations
to plan and own their own future. Practical and transferable tools and
techniques to make a real difference.

A detailed look at the impact of change on the individual and the
organisation. Making people more change aware and helping the organisation
maintain services through change.

We have been approached by a number of both VCS and public sector
organisations to prepare specific workshops, of various lengths, based on
our other workshops and our wider experience. We would be happy to discuss
